Saw Palmetto has been used for years for the management of genitourinary problems and to increase sperm production, breast size and sexual vigor.

Early in the century, it was employed as a mild diuretic and as a treatment for prostatic enlargement.

It has been used to rebuild shriveled testicles and diminished ovaries.

It is also said to produce solid flesh weight and increase strength without fat.

French researchers report that Saw Palmetto helps prevent male pattern baldness.

Contraindications:
Avoid during pregnancy.
Adverse reactions:
Consumption of Saw Palmetto may cause headache and diarrhea.
Dosage:
30 to 40 drops three times per day. For male pattern baldness, take 30 to 40 drops, internally, three times per day and also rub into the inner thighs and into the scalp in amounts needed to cover the area. Women, take 20 to 40 drops, 3 times per day internally, and once per day, apply to both breasts. Athletes, 30 to 50 drops four times per day.
