Historical Uses:
Mullein Oil has traditionally been used to treat chronic joint problems.1 It is said to prevent stretch marks and relieve ear ache and ear pressures.1

Contraindications:
None.

Adverse reactions:
None.

Dosage:
For joint problems: apply liberally to joints in trouble, three to four times per day, until well. For stretch marks: apply at least twice per day to area of stress (hips, abdomen, inner thighs and breasts). For earache and ear pressures, soak a cotton ball with Mullein Oil and insert into the ear canals. Leave in overnight. Repeat in the morning for the daytime and in the evening until well.
