Historical Uses:
Externally, Milkweed has been used in traditional medicine to treat warts.1,2 It has also been employed topically by renowned American health practitioner, Jethro Kloss, to help soften and remove gall and kidney stones.

Contraindications:
None.

Adverse reactions:
None.

Dosage:
Internally, 40 to 80 drops three times per day. For gall and kidney stones, apply the extract over the area to make a poultice and leave overnight. Repeat until well. For warts, apply 5 drops directly to the mother wart at least four times per day. Use with a good bowel management program.
