Traditionally, Hops has been used as a mild sedative to treat insomnia, nervousness and sexual excitement.

Externally Hops is used in the treatment of skin diseases, wounds and skin discoloration.

Hops is said to impart estrogenic activity among women.

Contraindications:
Avoid in cases of depressive illness.
Adverse reactions:
None.
Dosage:
20 to 40 drops after meals.
