Historical Uses:
Blessed Thistle has been used for centuries in traditional medicine. It is said to have great power in the purification and circulation of the blood, and on this account strengthens the brain and the memory. Blessed Thistle has been employed by breast-feeding mothers to help induce the secretion and the flow of milk.1,2 It is said to help the development of the female reproductive system during puberty and ease menopause. 2 Blessed Thistle has served as an activating agent and catalyst for all other herbs.2 It is believed to promote proper liver functions.2

None.

Adverse reactions:
None.

Dosage:
10 to 40 drops three times per day. For shortness of breath, 10 to 40 drops each hour. For menopause, 10 to 40 drops two to three times per day.
