This combination has been formulated to get the glands and organs of digestion and elimination working properly again and to help people that are overweight get rid of their extra weight. Gentian is a digest aid that allows us to digest food correctly and provides the energy and material to repair the body. Chittem Bark is a natural bowel cleaning herb that helps escort wastes material out of the body through the proper exit. Chickweed is excellent to dissolve fat and with Dandelion Leaf they act as diuretics to relieve fluid retention. Dandelion Leaf is also a good potassium source for strengthening and firming the muscle and preventing sagging. Siberian Ginseng and Licorice Root provide energy and stamina and feed the glands. Dulse gives the thyroid gland what it needs to regulate the rate at which food is burned. It is recommended to eat 1 protein food at each meal or use a protein source such as Protein Extract or Five Good which are vegetable sources of protein. It is very important to eat green vegetables or a large green salad each day. Daily, take internally or rub into the inner thighs, 1 to 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil to prevent hunger feelings and as a glandular food.
