Description:
This remedy is called Universal Emotional Remedy and is composed of rarefied plants and wild flower essences. We owe the origin of the preparation and utilization of these herbs, to relieve tormenting emotional states, to Dr. Edward Bach, an English physician from the first half of the 20th century. This remedy is composed of a basic support combination which is called Rescue Remedy and is designed to correct tension and emotional disorders following shock, panic, mental stress and tension, desperation, inattention and unconsciousness, stupefaction, terror, etc. Universal Homeopathic contains in addition to the basic support combination : Willow for those who are resentful or bitter over adverse events in life which have befallen them; they feel they are undeserving of life's injustices. Holly for those who are disturbed by feelings of hate, jealousy, envy, suspicion and revenge; for strong states antipathetic to love. Crab Apple for those who have a poor self-image or who somehow feel unclean or contaminated; for feelings of shame or unattractiveness. Honeysuckle for those who have feelings of nostalgia and homesickness; instead of living in the present they are preoccupied with the good old days.

Dosage:
3 drops, taken on or under the tongue or rubbed into pulse points, before mealtimes and bedtime. If an attack of the problem occurs, put 12 drops in a cup of fluid and sip slowly until the feeling lifts. According to the directions of Dr. Bach, the remedy should be taken faithfully. In this manner, relief is obtained and accumulating effects build up, so that one day, the person simply realizes they no longer need the remedy.
