350 mg of Psyllium , 80 mg of Hibiscus Flower, 30 mg of Alfafa and 30 mg of Black Walnut.

Description:
Psyllium is extract of Plantago seeds (Europe south and North Africa plant.) Seeds are coat with mucilage (fiber), and become gelatinous with humidity. Psyllium is used to give volume to stools, clean colon and lubricate bowels. Hibiscus is native to Tropical Africa, and with emollient's properties helps bowels lubrication and eliminates infections. Alfafa, has been mainly used as a nutrient because of it is rich in protein, in minerals ( calcium, potassium, magnesium, sodium, phosphorus, iron, etc.) and in vitamins. Black Walnut, used in traditional medicine to eliminate parasites and recognized as a good source of iodine which is essential to allow proper functioning of the thyroid gland.

Dosage:
1 to 4 capsules morning and/or evening before meals, with a large glass of water.

Suggestion:
Drink 6 to 8 glasses of water each day as part of this program.
