A WINNING DUO : ARNICA AND SLIPPERY ROOT
( TESTIMONY FROM SISTER ESTELLE LEMAIRE)

Sister Madeleine went in the garage to get the lawnmower. She shut the door without looking, and her hand got stuck in the automatic door mechanism. Panicking, she let the door shut on her hand. She started the mechanism again, the door opened but the accident had unfortunately happened.

That's when she showed us her dangling and painful hand. The door had dug a fissure of a quarter of an inch deep following the hand between the index and the middle finger .

I ran to get arnica. I let three to four drops fall at a time and spread it directly on the swollen area (except where there is a drop of blood). To our great surprise, the swelling (three quarter of an inch in height) and the intense pain decreased as I was applying the arnica (for at least 45 minutes).

At bedtime, I covered the wound with a thick layer of white clay, four doubled layers of coton, and covered with a nylon to keep the moisture in and avoid stiffness. At about three a.m, the clay was dry. Sister Madeleine removed the bandage, applied arnica, slippery root , peanut oil and fell asleep.

At about nine a.m, the hand was still quite swollen. Sister Madeleine soaked it in warm water with a tablespoon or two of apple cider vinegar, which reduced the swelling and improved movement agility. She repeated the arnica, slippery root and peanut oil treatment often. Sister Madeleine gained strengh in her fingers and the numbness had slowly disappeared.

The next day, she was in charge of the tractor and the lawnmower again !

For the following two weeks, sister Madeleine continued to apply slippery root and peanut oil often, massaging upwards softly to free muscles and ligaments and stop the pain sensitivity.

In summary :

Arnica stops swelling and pain. With it, no bruising after a hard hit. Please note that it musn't be applied on an open wound or scratch (apply around it).

Slippery root solidifies the bones and flesh.

Peanut oil heats, brings the extracts to the bone, allowing an action in depth. Use it as needed, you will see wonders.
