Summer, if we can call it that, has almost come to an end. Let's say that we have known better summers. Looking on the positive side, we have been able to save on sunscreen lotion. Ha! Ha! Good or bad weather, the holidays are unfortunately over. In this issue, we have asked ourselves whether we should talk about the return to work, to school or maybe the best way to can tomatoes (probably green ones). Finally, we have decided to cover what we know best: herbs. Our stars for the month of September are the Olive leaf, Elderberry, Gravel root and Slippery root. People frequently ask us if our extracts are certified organic. We have asked Doctor Eugene C. Watkins to clarify this point for us .
