ach one of us can feel tired, drained, have small physical problems. We then tell ourself that it will pass, we go to bed earlier that usual, or even, whenever possible, we take a few days vacation; hoping to get better. But imagine, if after days, months, even years, you would feel tired. What would you do? Thousands of persons have lived this horrific scenario. The CHRONIC FATIGUE SYNDROME: an imaginary or real condition? Read about it in the HEALTH FILE and the chronicle WHAT'S NEW? Something new this month! Katia Roy will share her experience with us by adding a new chronicle: FROM YESTERDAY TO NOW. Katia is the daughter of Yolande Boucher Roy, whom many of you know. She is studying at the Master's level in Anthropology, and specialises in the field of health and social research. She is presently working in a physical readaptation center as a research assistant. Each month, Katia will share with us her thorough knowledge of a specific plant. It is as though the plant will be put under a microscope. She will summarise several articles for us to know everything there is to know FROM YESTERDAY TO NOW. Jacqueline B.Blouin |
