MOT DE LA PRÉSIDENTE

The month of November means that we are plunged in mid-fall. The days are getting shorter, the temperature is falling, and we feel that winter is coming soon. At this time of the year, many persons lose interest for their activities. If each human being has ups and downs, certain ones live it to the extreme. The scientific community agrees that light has an impact on behaviour and the concept of a biological clock is now accepted (winter blues). As a helping professional, you will surely have to treat a greater number of persons suffering from depression in this period. That is the reason why we have decided to discuss this subject in the chronicle What's new? In the chronicle Health File, my son Guy talks about the plants that are beneficial to improve the health of persons suffering from depression.

The Una de gato, a plant sought after for it's effectiveness, you will be delighted to know more about it in the chronicle From Yesterday to today.

I am using this occasion to talk about the new droppers. They should be used with the 120-ml (4 ounce) bottles. Since the tip of the dropper is finer, the drops are smaller. You will need to double the dosage; 20 drops of the old dropper equate 38 drops of the new one.
