How about your New Year resolution?

Exercise and weight loss is the most popular resolutions, every year it's the same old story, how long can we keep them? Maybe a month or two… You intend to make more exercises in order to improve your health, make more physical activities or take out a subscription to a gym? But most of the time you quit rapidly because you don't have enough discipline to hold the rhythm. One tends to put the bar too high and drop out at the first occasion.

Haste makes waste!

A growing number of researchers consider that intensive training session are not the only way to maintain the form, nor even the most advisable. Their advice is that you rather walk, it's considered as one of the best activity. Walking is a very good investment and is much less harmful for the knees than jogging or running.
