STOP THE COLD...WITH BONESET AND BISTORT.

BORAGE… THE SOLUTION TO MANY ACHES.

BONESET

This plant was North America’s 19th century home remedy. Used intensively by North American natives to treat influenza epidemic, it is particularly effective to treat the flu and viral fevers caricaturised by muscular pains.

Modern research reveals that this plant incites the body to produce a substance called interferon by the liver (interferon is a part of the immune system and provides a defence mechanism against numerous types of virus infected cells).

BISTORT

Its virtues recognition date back to the renaissance. It was used as a tonic in the prevention and the treatment of tuberculosis before the event of antibiotics. Due to its expectorant properties it was used extensively against coughing.

Used as a mouth freshener and a gargle, it strengthens gums and treats oral ulcers and sore throats.

BORAGE

The antique Greeks and Romans first recognised this plant. It was later used by English herbalists because of its venerated properties. Its richness in calcium, potassium and minerals stimulates blood flow and provides energy to body cells.

Borage is a rich emollient. It is indicated for skin irritations. It also relieves breathing problems. Sudorific and diuretic, it treats pre-menstrual pains, rheumatism and eczema.
